Three years later – 1. august 2006 – the company acquired the conversion production part incl. personal  from Bente Løje – a Danish foam converter primarily manufacturing seating cushion and established their own foam conversion center in Holeby, Denmark.

In 2016, the company was acquired by 2F Invest and Martin Lundhus, the current managing director, as a part of their strategy to invest in SME business where a generational change was needed and where there was growth potential.

The company has grown since the acquisition and has culminated with acquiring the conversion machinery from the K. Balling Engelsen A/S that went bankrupt in 2019.

In November 2019, the production facilities were increased by 600 m2 – doubling the capacity in order to accommodate the grow potential.

An extra 1000 m2 stock area was integrated to the facility to accommodate a larger quality of foam and a new international sales strategy was put in place.

As a natural consequence of the growth and the growing interest from international customers the company has chosen to complete a re-branding process and change the name Nordic Foam Group.

This in order to acknowledge the strong organic growth but reflect the international growth strategy plans set by the management team for the next 3 years.
